Shipping & Returns

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Each and every piece is made to order here in New York City.  Please allow ten to twelve business days for shipment, however most pieces will be shipped in a shorter amount of time. If you need a piece by a certain date please contact Katie at info@eponavalley before placing order. 

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day.  

Domestic

Domestic shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 days to arrive.  If you are in need of expedited shipping, please contact info@eponavalley.com before placing order and you will be set up accordingly.

International 

Epona Valley ships internationally via USPS.

If your package is time sensitive, please reach out before ordering to info@eponavalley.com and we will set up a singular USPS Express Rate.

*DISCLAIMER*  Epona Valley is not responsible for parcels once they have reached their international post office.  Any special needs regarding VAT, Tarrif, etc. must be addressed prior to shipment.  Any fees accrued are not associated with Epona Valley.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade, we cannot accept returns.  If you would like to exchange, that can be done within 7 days of receipt of your piece. Contact info@eponavalley.com with your order #. Promotional codes and discounts used on items will not be available for return or exchange. Sale items can not be returned/exchanged.  We have the right to refuse items that are not in their original condition.
